H\u00e4r tar Augustine hj\u00e4lp av sonen Stig och dottern Signe att sk\u00f6ta om sina h\u00f6nor och kycklingar och sortera och pakettera \u00e4ggen. Ca. 1500 \u00e4gg per dag produceras. Kunderna \u00e4r resturanger, hotell, grossister och konsumenter. Samma utbildning gick Axel Biongo och han k\u00f6pte 120\u00a0 kycklingar i februari. De \u00e4r nu ocks\u00e5 i full g\u00e5ng med v\u00e4rpningen. Den dagliga produktionen ligger p\u00e5 mellan 90 \u2013 100 \u00e4gg per dag.
